From Sagamore Bridge : Follow RT 6 East to Exit 11, Turn left off the exit, go through 2 set of lights (CVS and Hess respectively), at Blinking Light go Left onto – OLD QUEEN ANNE Rd. – follow for approximately 1.5- 2 miles – turn right – at the Business District sign – which is still Old Queen Anne rd, follow – past a stop sign, past the road to the airport, - Winterset Dr is on the left hand side. The house is the second on the right. There is parking in front of the house and in the driveway around the corner.
“Amenities”
- four bedrooms.
- master suite with a King (New 2013) bed and a master bath
- a Queen bed guest room
- kids room with bunk beds all on the first floor
- an additional bedroom on the basement with twin beds
- a full bath in the hallway 1st floor
- an enclosed outdoor shower
- all linens and towels are provided
- a gas grill on the patio with extra propane tanks
- a washer and dryer in the basement that can be used
- beach towels, chairs and toys are located in the back hall and in the basement.
- Green couch in the living room is a pullout (Might be one in basement too 5/12)
- someone in the neighborhood has a “wifi” set up so internet access is intermittent - we do not have our own yet!
- cable TV in the living room, in the kids bed room, and the play room in the basement.
- all beach toys - boards and floats
The house is used year round and stocked with most condiments and “stuff” anyone may need. Please feel free to use anything at the house. We only ask if you finish something you leave a list so we know what needs to be replaced.
There are trash barrels in the garage with covers, please make sure to put the cover on the barrel if left out side to keep wild life out. The trash should be brought to the dump on Sam Ryder Rd., 1 mile away on the right off of Rt 28. Recycle materials need to be separated at the dump so chose any barrel and use it for recycling - you will have to divide it up at the dump. The cost is $3-$5 per bag of trash and recycling is free.

We try to keep the yard net and green so if anything needs work please call us. We have a neighborhood kid who can take care of most anything that could come up.
